Siddhivinayak Developers introduced a new project called Aarambh consisting of luxury homes in Wagholi, at Pune. This real estate project synonymous to its name is the initiator to everything beautiful and new- through houses.


Wagholi was being explored for luxury homes which were a task however the real estate in Pune was booming and that’s why there was serious competition in the sector. The sell-offs were slowing down and it was a major challenge to provide the developers with assured leads.


Logo Design: We started from scratch by creating a logo especially for this project initiated by Siddhivinayak Developers to create an identity for the project. Brand Strategy, Identity and Launch: It was essential to establish the name of the project in the crowding real estate market and ensure that the footfalls and leads for the flats increased through instituted brand presence. Events and Execution: The thrill we were striving to create for Aarambh was executed through events and execution of these events and exhibitions.


The execution and the activities resulted in nearly 170 out of 200 flats of the project being sold off in a period of two years. Maximum customers retaliated saying that they had come to know of the project through the events and launch activities.
